Steph
Founding Coach
I’m a Scranton, Pennsylvania native (Dunder Mifflin anyone?!) with a passion for music and movement that started as a toddler. My parents enrolled me in dance classes early on and I spent over decade dancing ballet, tap, and pointe. In high school, I developed a love for running and found my niche in the 800 meter and mile. The athletic accomplishment I am most proud of today is being a 2x state finalist and regional champion in track and field. I still love running and have completed multiple marathons and ultramarathons.
I began teaching fitness in my college campus’s fitness center in addition to being the football team’s student manager (Go Big Red!). Since then, I have taught various group fitness modalities including indoor cycling, Pilates, and barre for Flywheel Sports and [solidcore] in Washington, DC.
Outside the studio, you can find me working in banking, training and volunteering with my therapy dog, Ozzy, supporting my husband Chris’s Alma Matter as a bandwagon Carolina fan, or watching the newest season of CBS Survivor (I’ve seen every season and aspire to be a castaway on the show!).
