HomeTurf is a rhythm based indoor cycling and strength studio where the people, the music, the workouts and the energy will be something you haven’t experienced before. Our classes, all to the beat of the music with the lights low and music high, will push mental and physical boundaries and you will be part of a team that shows up, supports, and steps up for each other making sure we are our best self in and out of the studio.

The Classes

Cycle

A true rhythm ride where we will sprint, push, climb, run all to the beat of the music. There are no screens or numbers at HomeTurf, so you will lose yourself once you clip in, the lights go low and the music goes high. Our signature class will be 45 minutes long, but HomeTurf will also offer 30 and 60 minute classes for those of you who need an express option or love that extra push!

Strength

Warm up, sweat and cool down with HomeTurf’s signature Strength class! This full-body 45 minute workout will be designed to hit every muscle and will be carefully designed to go along with a high energy playlist. Just like our cycling classes, you will lose yourself once the lights go low, you pick up some weights, and the music goes high.
