Reservation and Waitlist Cut-off Time

The reservation cut-off time is 15 minutes before class. Waitlist cut-off time is 45 minutes before class. 



Shoe Rental and Water

For your first class, shoes are complimentary; however, after your first class, shoes may be rented for $2. Water is also available for sale at the studio for $3. We have a water refilling station available in the studio.



CLASS, PRICING, CHARGES

Future class prices are subject to change, but we will honor your class or series of classes until the expiration date, regardless of whether there is a price increase in the interim.

In order to make a reservation, you must first buy a single class or a series of classes. Classes do expire. The expiration dates are posted in the description of the class or series of classes on the Website and the App and listed on your receipt.

Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you buy your class or series of classes, not when you book your bike. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs, that HomeTurf may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.
Reservation cut-off time is 15 minutes before class via the app, but feel free to walk in to book if you are running late on that window.

We will open up any spots to the waitlist 3 minutes before class. Please be on time! The spin room door closes 5 minutes after class starts and no one will be allowed in after that 5 minute mark.
Please leave your cell phone outside of the room. Want a selfie? Take it before or after class! We love them!

Apple Watches or any watches that “light up” please turn them off OR in theater mode for the ride. Don’t know how? Ask any HT staff member and we will be happy to show you how and yes, your watch will still run in the background.

Spin shoes are available to rent for $2. Water is available for purchase for $3.

HomeTurf accepts credit/debit cards only. We do not accept cash, Venmo or Zelle.

NO-SHOW & LATE CANCEL POLICY

No Show and Late Cancel

The no show penalty fee is $20 for auto-renew package/membership holders. If you are a package holder, you will lose your class and be charged $20 if you do not show up for class and do not cancel before 5PM the night before. 

The late cancellation penalty fee is $15 for auto-renew/membership holders if you cancel your reservation after 5PM the night before your reserved class. If you are a package holder, you will lose your class credit. 



CANCELLATIONS

Single Class & Class Packages:

You must cancel your class by 5PM the night before in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.

Once your spot is canceled, the class will be returned to your account and can be used at a later time before it expires. Your class will NOT be refunded, it will just be added back to your class pack.

If you late-cancel after 5PM the night before class, you will lose that class in your series, it will be deducted from your account + a late cancel fee.

All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

Unlimited Memberships (once available)

Once Unlimited Memberships are available:

If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged $25 to your credit card on file.

All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships or Events.

Merchandise can be returned for studio credit up to one week after purchasing if unworn and tags are still on.

TRANSFERS

All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Events are non-transferable.

All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.

AUTO-DRAFT MEMBERSHIPS

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis on the 1st of each month.

To cancel your membership (once available), please contact us with a 30-day notice. There is a $50 cancellation fee.

You cannot freeze or cancel your class packs.

Memberships begin on the date of purchase, but can be adjusted to the date in which you take your first class.

STUDENT, TEACHER, NURSES AND MILITARY DISCOUNTS

Students, school teachers, nurses, military and local North Hills employees all receive 10% off with your respective ID.

Fitness instructors who teach at least 3 classes at a fitness studio receive 25% off.

Discount cannot be combined with other discounts or specials.

RIDER EXPECTATIONS

Kindness is key. Community is everything to us. Your safety, comfort, and wellbeing always comes first. Please review the bike safety notes below. These are also posted in the studio.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY/STAY HYDRATED

Drink water throughout your ride as needed. Trust yourself, and be aware of how you’re feeling throughout the ride. If at all you feel dizzy or have difficulty breathing, gradually stop pedaling and carefully dismount the bike. You can unclip from your bike by kicking your heels down and outwards or by unstrapping your shoes and taking your feet right out, leaving the shoes clipped into the bike.

RESPECT EACHOTHER AND THE INSTRUCTOR

We ask all riders, especially those new to HomeTurf, to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class time to get set up on your bike and to make sure you have everything you need for a successful, fun, and safe first ride.

Riders under 4’11” should not ride the HomeTurf bike. The bike mechanism and ergonomics are designed for riders above 4’11”.

If you wear an Apple Watch, Garmin, or type of watch or device that lights up, we ask you put it in a mode/setting where it will not light up during class. The instructor will gladly show you how to do this before class. This goes for phones as well.

No phones in class. It is distracting and takes away from the 45 minutes you took for you and those around you. If you are expecting a call or need someone to be keep an eye out when it comes to calls during class, give your phone to the front desk and if it rings from a specific contact, they will come in and quietly let you know and you can remove yourself from class.

LOST & FOUND

HomeTurf is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.

RUNNING LATE??

We ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way. If you call us at least 3 minutes before class begins, we will hold a bike for you until class begins, though we cannot guarantee you will be given the exact bike you signed up for in the particular class.

BIKES AND SPOTS WILL BE RELEASED 2 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS. In the event that you do not unreserve your by 5PM the night before or if you do not claim your bike at least 3 minutes before class begins, then HomeTurf has the right, without any credit or refund to you, to allow others to reserve or use your bike for a fee.

LEAVING EARLY

If you’re planning on leaving early, we kindly request that you tell the instructor ahead of time and just give them a heads up.
